Since January 1, 2022, circulation cards and francization acts have been replaced by single registration certificate.

This processing is now entirely managed by the DDTM (Departmental Directorate of Territories and the Sea), so customs are no longer involved. However, the homogenization of procedures is not yet shared between departments, and the parts differ.

JM Sea will always be kept informed of administrative procedures, as well as their developments, and supports professionals in the realization of their projects.
